- The savings came from identifying excessive charges in the environmental rate at the Pinelands Park Landfill.
- In addition to providing expert testimony an economic model of the Pinelands Park Landfill was created to evaluate the landfill's economic status and the reasonableness of the rate request.
Solid Waste Management Facility Acquisition, Saginaw, Michigan.
- Performed preliminary acquisition analysis and environmental due diligence.
- Developed acquisition strategy and assisted in negotiations.
- Assisted in identifying financing and prepared engineers assessment of the acquiree.
Pre-acquisition assessment of a National Disposal Company's hazardous waste disposal facility for a Fortune 50 Company.
- Responsibilities included environmental and financial due diligence, identification of potential financing and development of a financial proforma of the proposed operation of the facility.
Preparation of bid documents for a Municipal Transfer Station Procurements
- Prepared bid and supporting documents for major regional waste management client
- Developed several minority-trucking contractors to support the transfer station to meet municipal requirements for minority participation in transfer station bid process.
